Souvenir Floor Lamp

A totem-like floor lamp inspired by gateways and portals. The Souvenir Lamps are an exploration in identity and cultural narratives, in order to bridge new memories with embodied imagination. The lamps, as vessels of illumination, contemplate the idea of spiritual beacons and gateways. Drawing upon artifacts of history, the lamps create an aesthetic and conceptual connection to rituals and how they symbolically mark a transition from the mundane to the sacred. 

Made with American walnut, kozo paper, and rattan. Each piece comes with a unique live edge slab at the center cross beam, sourced locally with our lumber supplier. Weighed down with a rock tray base, the floating brass wind chime is also a dimmable touch switch able to be adjusted to three brightness settings.
