Due to our operation as an independently-owned business, all orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund. If you encounter issues with your piece, please contact studio@kawabi.com to work with us directly.

Every piece is securely packed and ships out 4-12 weeks from the time of your order. For more specific lead times, please refer to the information in the product description.

Once packages are en route, we are no longer responsible for them. However, we will try our best to assist you how we can. If you receive a broken shipment, please email studio@kawabi.com.

If you need to change your delivery address before your order is shipped, please promptly email us at studio@kawabi.com. Once orders are in transit, we're no longer able to change the delivery address and you are responsible for contacting the carrier for any requests.

We offer the option for pick up from our Brooklyn studio or local delivery and installation to the New York City area. Please contact studio@kawabi.com for more information.

We use FedEx or UPS Ground for deliveries within the United States and Canada. For customers outside of the US, please inquire for a shipping quote along with customization needs for internationally compatible outlets.
International Shipping

Please note, international orders are shipped with duties unpaid and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we cannot tell you what the cost might be ahead of time. To prevent surprise fees down the line, we advise international buyers to contact your local customs office about current charges before placing an order.
